和两只猫、一只狗相依为命的轻熟宅女伊娃，被诊断出癌症。第一次化疗时，她认识了同在化疗的卡门，两人成为一拍即合的抗癌战友。伊娃在卡门的鼓励下，列出自己长久以来想做，却不敢做的愿望清单，她们决定在检查结果出来之前一一实现这些愿望。此外，伊娃最好的闺密玛尔，正因与男友分手陷入低潮，因此决定也加入这个圆梦计画，以睡到「极品丹麦帅哥」为头号目标。于是，三个女人开着一辆露营车踏上旅程，冲浪、强吻路人都是小菜一碟，她们一路从沙漠睡到监狱，从马德里疯到摩洛哥，在米其林餐厅吃霸王餐，乱入陌生人婚礼成为婚礼蟑螂，整趟旅程她们一起哭、一起笑，一路开外挂，做尽一切疯狂的事，直到要鼓起勇气面对现实的那一天…
